With spring on the rise, we're welcoming some warmer weather with this delicate butterfly sculpture. Students will transform their drawings into 3D flowers as they cut and craft, challenging their dexterity with a tactile approach. Once their art is in full bloom, we’ll top it off with a beautiful butterfly, letting each student's creativity take flight as they learn about this amazing endangered species.

Spring Semester (Mid March-May) If you’re in middle school and a fan of action, fantasy, art, or anything in that vein, then come join the Dungeons & Dragons Game & Art class! This class is a fusion of traditional art projects and social team-building games; we will be learning how to draw and sketch quickly as we act out characters in a narrative, while also creating maps, portraits, and inventory sheets to fully design and flesh out a character of our own. This class will help you learn how to build worlds, create characters, and work with others on a personal and group basis. The class is separated as follows: 1/2 gameplay and sketching, 1/2 art projects. Classes are limited in size, so sign up today!

Spring Semester (Mid March-May) Homeschool students work on different art techniques and creativity through drawing, painting, and sculpting. Small art class sizes allow for each child to get one on one attention and give them the opportunity to interact with others. In this class your child will refine their fine motor skills as they learn to draw, paint, and sculpt, while also learning a little art history. Students produce a variety of projects with various mediums and subjects in order to learn different techniques and skills in creating art. Classes are limited in size, so sign your child up today!

Unleash their inner Picasso! Through a variety of styles and media, your child will explore tactile and visual artistic stimulation in our process-based art program. Drop-off Art is for children developmental ages 3-6. This registration is for an 8-week session. Child may register for Sunday 10:30-11:15 Drop-off Art and 11:15-12:00 Drop-off S.T.E.M. PlayLab to have a combined 1.5 hour drop-off time with one class moving directly to the next.

AMERICAN ART PARTY Join us for an afternoon of art that is fun and a blast of creativity! At this camp your child will create a painting of a cowboy boot inspired by the style of impressionist artists. Paintings are made using acrylic paint on canvas board. At this camp your child will get to learn about art, get their creative juices flowing, and have fun creating their own work of art. Campers come home with a completed work of art ready for display. Spring Semester (Mid March-May) This class is recommended for ages 12+ who have a basic knowledge of drawing, anime, and some experience with digital art. Digital Art Supplies REQUIRED. iPad with Apple Pencil preferred. Class is taught using the program Procreate for Apple iPad, which is strongly recommended. Other programs may suffice, but we cannot promise a 1:1 comparison of lessons for any other programs used. Experience in procreate preferred but not required. We will study what makes a cartoon "anime," different methods, techniques, and all the formal elements you need to create your own anime art and characters. Classes are limited in size, so sign up today!

The Kids' Studio class at The Atelier School of Art is a one-hour session for ages 8-11, focusing on building foundational art skills while encouraging creativity and personal expression. Students explore drawing, painting, printmaking, and mixed media through guided projects that introduce important artistic concepts such as composition, color theory, and technique. This class is designed to help young artists develop their skills and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

*Mid-session registration: If you are signing up AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF THIS SERIES OF 8 CLASSES, email info@marvegos.com about a possible project conflict before you arrive for class.* This is the same program that is offered later in the afternoon but at a discounted rate. Our school year curriculum for ages 7 to 10 emphasizes form and composition. This program does not require students to have prior art-making experience. There is a one-time, pre-requisite Online Form Class each student who is just starting Fine Art Fundamentals must complete by the third week of classes. This class teaches students about form, values and composition. You will be notified to sign up for this class if this is the first time your child is taking this class.
